We want all of our clients to be satisfied with their purchase from Hampshire Threads and we strive to ensure this is the case.
Returnable Items
If you have purchased any items as 'blanks' (not customised in any way) and you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items back to Hampshire Threads for a full refund. The items must be in their original packaging, with tags on and not been worn. A refund must be requested and received back at Hampshire Threads within 28 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you do have any problems as we would like to ensure we can rectify this for you as a matter of urgency. The client is responsible for delivery charges to return. Hampshire Threads will resend at no cost to the client.
Non-Returnable Items
Please know we are unable to accept any returns on customised clothing, unless deemed faulty by Hampshire Threads. This is really important to know, please ensure you have checked sizes/colours prior to making orders to know you are happy. We stitch out all new logos on test fabric and send you a photograph for approval before garments are embroidered.
