Order to Delivery Process

Our lead times vary greatly and we advise always speaking to us to gauge a timeframe for your order. We aim to complete all orders within 14 days, however this is sometimes much quicker and sometimes at our busiest months can be slightly longer. 
 

Delivery in the UK

All orders over £150 have free delivery applied. All orders up to £149.99 are charged at a standard rate of £9.95, this is sent via DPD who aims to deliver next day, Monday to Saturday, with a 1 hour time slot, Proof of delivery photo included as standard, available online and on the app. The recipient can nominate a safe place or neighbour for the parcel to be delivered to. 

Free Delivery Local 

We hand deliver locally in Newbury and the surrounding areas. 

Delivery Internationally 

We currently do not ship internationally.
